Case Studies in Winning Communications
Case Study: Cutting-edge digital legislative advocacy for the Delaware Association of REALTORS©
In 2025, we worked with a coalition, led by the Delaware Association of REALTORS© to greatly increase the state’s budget for affordable housing.
We developed branding for the campaign and executed a prolonged campaign of digital advertisements targeted to the state capitol and constituents in the districts of key legislators.
The ads drove traffic to a centralized landing page, which enabled constituents to send targeted messages to their legislators and the governor. In all, our ads got 10,868,130 impressions (views) and drove 1,026 targeted emails to legislators and the governor.
Ultimately, the campaign helped raise awareness significantly and the state increased affordable housing funding by nearly 57% in the 2025 budget.

Case Study: Winning a local independent expenditure for the St. Louis REALTORS©
In 2025, we worked with the National Association of Realtors© on a critical special election for city council in St. Louis.
With Cara Spencer’s election as mayor, Ward 8 had an open seat on the city council. In a five candidate race, the REALTORS© independent expenditure helped propel now-Alderwoman Jami Cox Antwi to a dominant 55% victory.
Case Study: Passing a transit ballot initiative in Nashville in 2024
Our firm did branding, general consulting, and direct mail for the successful Nashville transit ballot initiative in 2024. The initiative was particularly challenging because a pro-transit initiative had been defeated in 2018.
In 2024, we helped develop branding and messaging which focused on the most popular components of the plan, including reducing traffic with synchronized traffic lights. Then, we targeted mail to seniors, Black voters, and to regional audiences - each with targeted, poll-driven messaging.
The initiative succeeded, garnering 65% of the vote, and delivering a major victory for supporters, including Nashville's REALTORS©.
